Such is our human nature, we are lazy bums! Okay, stop right there! Stop denying it. Because the truth always prevails: Even if you are a super duper fitness enthusiast, you DO have some days that you would like to slack off.
Fine! Presume that I believed you. Even if you have been working out constantly and haven’t skipped one workout over the few years, I can guarantee you that you have a friend *unless you are super antisocial, of course* who bailed on you the very last moment before going to train. Please, say ‘yes’?! Haha!
Anyhow, regardless, which category you do fall under, I’ve got an excellent solution for you! I mean, CHECK THIS OUT!
Isn’t this guide absolutely FANTABULOUS?!?! No one can literally say no to working according to this guide. Why? Because there are multiple reasons why you should.
Now that I know that you will definitely be working out today *wink, wink*, I’ve got a perfect cardio workout for you!
Isn’t it fun?!

I think the best way to combat laziness is to be prepared. I schedule my training into my day and ensure my bag is packed and everything else is taken care of ahead of time so I have no excuse but to work out!
Hi Sara! Indeed! I’ve heard of people preparing the gym bag and putting it in their car. This way they have no choice but to pass by the gym on the way back home from work. 🙂
Thank you for stopping by! xoxo
Initially, when I saw the first solution, all I could see was half nos and half yeses! Then, I realized that isnt what you were promoting:). So, I think I will choose exercise today!…..my second day in a row!
Woop woop! I could never promote being a couch potato, that’s for sure! 😀 Thank you so much for stopping by! And good luck on your workout, make this one count 🙂 xoxo
I think I would be consistently better at working out if there was someone at my gym who could fling confetti in the air and yell “Congratulations! You didn’t die!” at the end of every one of my workouts.
I’m putting that in the suggestion box.
AHHAHAHA! Honestly, if we lived closer, I would totally do that for you! It’d be my motivation to go to the gym 😀 I mean, who ever gets a chance to throw confetti at someone without them hating you! 😀 ❤
Well, it’s really hard to hate someone who is congratulating you for your success on not dying. Seriously. This plan would solve all my workout motivation problems.
More reasons I’m sad you live far away 😦
FINE! I’m sending you some imaginary confetti. Like now! Look around they are falling everywhere around you! WATCH for that big one right over your head! HAHA! xoxo
YES! Finally! Real motivation!
I’m going running RIGHT now 🙂
Love the self help guide, we can truly never say no to exercise hahaha. The cardio workout looks so crazy and i’m gonna try it soon. I think i’m gonna love it! 😀
Bel
Hi again Bell 🙂 I know, right? Your post and mine go hand in hand though! Let me know how you like the workout!

Yeah i agree! haha I will 🙂
Are you sure we won’t die doing that routine?? lol I’m saving this routine so I can try it later on my cardio day. Maybe tomorrow. hehe
Katie, I’m keeping this for the day when I have a fight with my hubby, so if i die, he’s gonna blame himself for my death for the rest of his life! Haha! Just kidding! I really need to have this type of workouts to prepare myself for an obstacle race. xoxo
I have the hardest time staying motivated when it is cold outside. I would must rather stay bundled up and warm under a blanket than make the trip out to the gym or to run. I usually try to combat my lazy days by allowing myself to have a day off every once in a while. We all need to recharge our batteries. On days where its just laziness and I don’t have an excuse, I guilt myself into it.
Hi dear! Rest days are super important and should never be skipped. However, if ever it’s harder for you than usual to ‘guilt yourself into’ going to the gym, just look at this picture and hopefully it’ll push you over the ‘I don’t want to go to the gym today’-edge 😀 xoxo
