Life Is Too Short To Be Serious All The Time (Part 1)

As I was traveling the world and seemed to forget about the blog world, the blogger world did not forget about me. I am so moved and honored!

Thank you fairy much

To top it off, three beautiful ladies, Jill from Eat Clean. Eat Mean. Live Lean., Michelle from Baby Blues to Running Shoes, and Rebecca from Flex and Shout Fitness, nominated me for Liebster award. Since I was nominated for this award two times already *read more here and here*, which does not diminish in any way how much I appreciate these nominations, I won’t go through the entire thing. However, I’d love to answer all questions which I find is a super fun thing to do. Not to overwhelm you though, I’ll separate them into 3 different posts *I was told, I’m better in small portions. Haha!*.

This brings me to questions from lovely Jill, my fellow Canadian blogger. *READY, SET, GO!*

Q & A

1. What is the one tangible item you can’t live without and why?

This is such an unfair question! I am so indecisive because there are more than one items that I can’t live without!!! *And then you wonder why do I have so much misery packing light for vacation ahaha!*

Let me see… I think it would have to be toothpaste. Brushing teeth is the first thing I do every morning, and it would kill me to have a bad breath!

But then, I ABSOLUTELY need my camera, mascara and running shoes!!!

 2. What is your guilty pleasure and why?

It would definitely have to be taking a bath with a LUSH bath bomb, having a glass of wine and preferable some candles lit. It is one of the best ways for me to de-stress and relax. I can’t help it!!!

3. Describe your family in one word.

The bestEST!

4. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

I have a life long battle with procrastination. Any procrastination doctors out there?!

5. What is your dream job?

I honestly have no clue. I have yet to discover it for myself. I’d like my dream job to challenge me in the ways that can help me grow as a person and help others at the same time.

6. Do you ever read your horoscope? Why or why not?

I used to read it, but not anymore. I don’t want others to tell me how I should feel on any given day; my destiny is in MY hands.

7. What cheers you up when you’re sad?

These two pretty faces!

my loves

8. If you could spend one day with a celebrity, who would it be and why?

Hmmmm… How about Dan Brown?! I am a big fan of his! I’d love to pick at his brain and find out about how he comes up with crazy plots for his books. Oh and I’d give anything to get to know when his next book comes out! Haha!

9. Are you an early riser or a night owl?

It’s weird, but I think I’m not either one. I wish I could be an early riser though.

10. If you were entering a talent show, what would be your talent?

I’m good at listening to people. Not really talent show material though. *Or is it nowadays?*

11. Does the future scare or excite you?

It excites me! I can’t wait to find out what the future holds for me.

  1. I’m such an expert at procrastination haha. I guess my absolute dream job would be to be a writer but realistically, I think being a literature professor will be as close to a perfect job as exists and I can’t wait to fulfill that dream 🙂

  2. You’re amazing!!! Congratulations!!! I love your blog!!

nice questionnaire! I love learning more about people! I’m also not really an early riser or a night owl but more in the middle. My dream job would probably be to open a gym for women, that would be incredible!

  4. Great post thanks for sharing your thoughts

  5. Yay you! I am not a huge procrastinator thanks to my type A personality but I do enjoy taking a day off when I can. Mdream job has always been to be in a fitness DVD but I think it’s changing and I’m not sure what it’s going to be next!
